When the Decision for Change Happens
#1 When You Hit the Bottom
I felt rage, disgust, and exhaustion when I realized I was broke, small, weak, and financially illiterate. The experience of growing up in the trailer triggered something in me, and I decided to make a change.
I was determined to no longer feel those emotions and change future generations of Gregorys.
#2 It Comes From Deep Within
Why do you want to change? What's the true reason? Who are you doing it for?
True change comes from within. You have to want it. You make the choice. No one is going to put in the work for you.
Consistency + Discipline = Results.
#3 Never Stop Learning
The need for learning is always present. Always be searching for ways to improve. With your craft, business, relationships, health, and fitness.
Stay curious. Embrace learning and trying new things. Doing this completely shifts your perspective in a positive manner.
Where are you in the process?
Are you happy with where you are? Are you currently trying to make some changes in your life?
If you are, start small. Focus on consistency. Work on the self-discipline it takes to show up every single day. Once you show yourself that you can execute these small actions every day, then start layering on top.
That's how you can create some crazy positive momentum!
