21) Over Deliver
Over Delivery
I know my spot.
I know what I was put here to do. It’s my passion—and I couldn’t hide it if I tried. It’s just who I am.
Now I want you to ask yourself this:
How can you over-deliver with what you’re doing right now?
How can you use your skills to go above and beyond?
How can you show up big for the people who count on you?
These are the questions I’ve revisited again and again throughout my entire career.
Because here’s the truth:
When adversity hits and people can count on you? They never forget that. That builds loyalty. That builds trust. That builds legacy.
It doesn’t matter if you work a corporate job, run your own business, or you’re still figuring things out. Ask yourself:
How can I over-deliver right now?
Be the person who finds the solution.
Be the person who’s dependable.
Be the one who levels up their skillset and puts it to use when it matters.
When things got tough, I built new programs for people with just bands, just dumbbells, or just their bodyweight. I wanted people to wake up and look forward to their workout again—no matter what equipment they had access to.
From Get Stacked, to Pump 30, to the OG Squat Everyday program—I’ve always looked for ways to offer more. To give people more tools. More momentum. More confidence. That’s over-delivery.
Now apply that to YOU.
Could you start waking up earlier to chase a dream?
Could you sharpen your skills and give more to your clients, team, or family?
Could you over-deliver... not just for others—but for yourself?
That’s what I’m saying.
Take a little piece of this mindset.
Apply it in your life—wherever it fits.
And go be the person people count on.
