First things first, it has to be said... you can't have washboard abs and have them be weak.
That's why I'm going to show you my go-to two ab exercises that will get you both chiseled to death and strong as shit.
#1 Hanging Knee Raises
Some key points to think about...
Hand grip on the bar will be shoulder-width, or slightly wider. Keep your legs as straight as possible. When the legs and feet come down, think about "rebounding" back up into the next rep.
Doing so will force you to keep your entire core & system super tight. It will help you to create a super strong brace, which is especially helpful for heavy deadlifts, for example.
#2 The Ab Wheel
Some key points to think about...
Your starting point should resemble a scared-cat. Roll out to where you're parallel with the ground, if possible. Don't let your hips sag.
The ab wheel forces you to correctly brace. Again, super helpful to reinforce for heavy squatting and deadlifting.
