3-5 SET SUPERSET
Seated Single-Dumbbell Arnold Press: 10-12 reps per arm
Standing Two-Arm Dumbbell Lateral Raise: 10-12 reps

TIPS 4 SWOLENESS
Seated Single-Dumbbell Arnold Press
- Stay in control on the way down to the front delt
- Rotate dumbbell as you come down - palm should be facing you at the bottom
Standing Two-Arm Dumbbell Lateral Raise
- Don't use momentum (aka don't go too heavy)
- Dumbbells parallel to the ground at the top
