Today is the day G!!! 12 week journey comes to an end and I’m damn proud of the hard work, sacrifice, pain and DISCIPLINE this 12 weeks took, but now it’s a LIFESTYLE.
I’m blessed to have learned about it and it can only get better from here! I barely slept last night as I couldn’t wait to wake up, give my last weigh-in and take a selfie of the progress I have made over the past 12 weeks.
