Not gonna lie, I bitched and complained the first 6 weeks. I wasn't really losing weight and was just frustrated that I wasn't seeing the results that I thought I should be seeing. Other members on the app kept me motivated and I stopped relying on the scale.

FLIPPING THE SWITCH

It seems like one night someone flipped a switch inside of me. I started getting hungrier every day and I could just feel my metabolism was using all the food I could throw at it.

Finished out 6 weeks later down 24 pounds and 8 inches in my waist.

I have no clothes that fit anymore and it's such an amazing feeling. You guys definitely know your shit and I embarrassed to say I doubted it at first. I do give some credit to myself though, I never fuckin missed and even woke up at 3am to get it all in for weeks straight. Can't thank you all enough. Honestly man, I feel like I have already won and I am so excited to see everyone else's results!
