Daily Fire #220 really hit the nail on the head for me.
Since I was done competing in college athletics, I haven’t had a reason to push or challenge myself when it comes to my body. This resulted in me forming a dad bod and beer gut in my mid 20s when I should be in the prime shape of my life.
#IWantAbs gave me a reason to get out of bed, get my ass in the gym, and not make excuses. The blueprint was clear and easy to follow and it just boiled down to consistency and execution.
