I’ve always viewed personal training, nutrition, motivation, and inspiration as a craft—a skill, a trade. My first goal was to be the best in the facility I worked in, then the best in my city, region, and eventually, the country. If I can make waves in all those places, the world is within reach. Thanks to the internet, that’s all possible.
I’ve always focused on getting really, really good at something. Once you master it, it’s yours—no one can take that away from you. I knew that if I could also get myself mentally and physically in order, the results would compound into something I could truly be proud of. And that’s exactly what I’m building.
