Customize with your favorite mix-ins, from chocolate chips to dried fruit, for that personal touch. Follow our simple steps and bake your way to chewy, protein-rich goodness.



  • 2 Cups Quick Oats

  • 2 TBSP Ground Flaxseeds

  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

  • ¼ tsp Salt

  • ¼ Cup Nut Butter (I used FitButters)

  • ¼ Cup Honey OR SF Pancake Syrup (for lower carbs)

  • ½ Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk

  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

  • 1/4 - 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips (or any other mix-ins like dried fruit)



  1. Preheat oven to 350 and spray an 8x8 Pan with cooking spray

  2. In a large bowl, combine oats, protein powder, flax, cinnamon and salt

  3. In a separate bowl combine nut butter, honey OR syrup, almond milk and vanilla -mix until fully combined

  4. Pour wet mix into dry mix and stir until fully incorporated

  5. Either fold in your mix-ins or sprinkle on top

  6. Spread mixture evenly into prepared pan, press down firmly

  7. Bake for 15-18 minutes until edges begin to turn golden brown

  8. Remove from oven and let cool before cutting into bars enjoy



  • Per Piece (I cut mine into 12): 153 Cals - 7.5g Protein, 20g Carbs, 5.5g Fat

  • Per Piece (SF Syrup version): 135 Cals - 7.5g Protein, 15g Carbs, 5.5g Fat
