Ingredients:

1.5 scoops Max Effort Protein (Vanilla Whey OR Vanilla Cinnamon Plant)

½ cup Oat Flour

3 tbsp Coconut Flour

3 tbsp Stevia OR Coconut Sugar

2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice

½ tsp Baking Soda

1 cup Pumpkin Puree

½ cup Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt

2 tbsp Nut Butter of Choice

Optional: mini chocolate chips or white chocolate chips
Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F and prep an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper or cooking spray.

In one bowl, whisk dry ingredients together.

In another, combine pumpkin and Greek yogurt.

Stir dry mix into wet until just combined.

Fold in nut butter and any mix-ins.

Bake for 23–26 minutes until top is set.

Cool completely before slicing.
