The habits you create only will take root if you're consistent. Consistent execution gives you the result you seek. If you like the result, keep the habit. If you don't like the result, add or subtract some habits to figure out the winning formula.
All of those small decisions add up. Especially those small decisions you think don't mater. They compound and compound on top of each other to get you your desired result.
Questions to ask yourself
Do I like the results I'm getting right now?
Do my daily habits and decisions align with what I want?
If someone followed me around, would they know what I am trying to accomplish?
