It's Normal to Feel Down

If you’re ever feeling down, just remember that it’s normal. I’m a coach, and even I need my own coach to kick me in the ass sometimes! That’s just what my girl Jonelle did this week with this email back to me that really stuck with me that I wanted to share with you all:
"Every stage of this journey has a purpose. You are a pro bikini athlete now! So being able to go in and out of shows and improve is going to be key! Managing that mindset is going to be the hardest part for you. I know you’ve got this!"⁣


That’s great coaching. And, it’s invaluable for me! Can’t wait to crush the last few weeks of this season for me.
