Cooked vs. raw sweet potato: The Difference

👉 Weighing sweet potatoes correctly is important for accurate measurements in recipes and proper portion control.

👉 When weighing sweet potatoes raw, use a kitchen scale and select the right size and quantity for your needs.

👉 When weighing sweet potatoes that have been cooked, take note that their weight will change due to the loss of moisture during the cooking process.

Goblet Squats for a big juicy 🍑 pump!

How to do it

👉 Place feet slightly wider than shoulder width

👉 Turn toes out 30 degrees

👉 Sink into a deep squat with chest up and elbows between the knees

👉 Push through heels + keep tension in the glutes

 

Building a strong backside doesn't always mean heavy traditional squats!

The Goblet Squat is one of my faves for people who work out at home or travel all the time!

It's really easy to feel the mind-muscle connection on this exercise, and it gives you a big ole juicy 🍑 pump!
