MOCKTAILS
Mocktails are your friend!
I always carry flavored sparkling water or other fun drinks that I can have alongside people that may be drinking so that I feel like I'm a part of the event and don't feel limited or judged!
HEALTHY SNACKS
Keep protein bars and other healthy snacks on hand
PRE PLAN MEALS
Pre plan your meals and always bring food with you

💪🏻 Dialing in My Strategy 💪🏻
I'm at the point of my prep where I have to make sound strategic decisions and really listen to both my body and coach.
Know when to push and when to pump the brakes 💨💨
Take last week for example...
I had to take a full rest day - with no cardio or lifting - for the first time in prep.
And guess what? My body responded amazingly, and I actually ended up losing weight!
I see my coach in person this weekend and we'll make a decision on which IFBB Pro Show to enter this summer! 😎
