UPPER BODY FULL BODY WORKOUT
Incline Barbell Bench Press: 4x14 reps
Single-Arm KB Arnold Press: 4x14 reps
Hinged Single-Arm Upright Row: 4x14 reps
3-4 SET TRI-SET
Single-Arm Neutral Press: 14 reps
Neutral Grip Incline Press: 14 reps
Lateral to Front Raise: AMRAP
3-4 SET TRI-SET
Barbell Curls: 14 reps
Tricep Pushdowns: 14 reps
Delt-focused Push-ups: AMRAP
PREP & UPDATES
Plan to do a show in about 8 weeks! We're continuing to push with training, cardio, and nutrition.

Cheat meals (within reason) on back-to-back days last weekend & still dropping weight heading into this week 🙄
My coach & team think that my physique is there to be competitive on the Pro Stage this year, so we're dialing in a few small key areas to get every 100% on point!
