Surprise! I’m competing this weekend in Nashville!

I haven’t been specific about my show dates because we were still confirming a few things but now I’m ready to GET. AFTER. IT.

⏰ 72 hours from now I’ll finally be rocking the IFBB Professional League stage again, and I cannot begin to describe how excited I am!

The most common question I get asked by clients, friends, and strangers is how long it takes me to prepare all my food and how I stay committed to it.

Simple: I stay focused on my goal and view my food as part of the process.
