👏 Weekly Update

The first show of my season is officially in the books!

I competed last weekend at the Nashville Fit Show, and it was SO good to be back on the stage. The first show of the season is always a bit of a warm up to the season, and I was able to secure a top 15 placement out of 34 stunning IFBB Bikini Pros. There are several minor tweaks I plan on making before stepping back on stage this weekend in Charleston! 📆 📆

The stage shots above, are a great reminder of how much work I’ve put in to get to this point. Like I tell my clients, you have to have big, hairy, audacious goals! For me, that’s one day qualifying to compete at The Olympia. Onward and upward! 🚀 🚀

#4amcrew Meets Bikini! 👙

A couple weeks ago, we had some fun putting #4amcrew member Tyler Galbraith and my husband Preston through a typical Bikini workout! While the movements are very different than the Get Stacked protocol that both boys follow, I think they were both quite surprised at how challenging it was! 🤣 🤣
