It’s fall, y’all! 🍁 I’m not a southerner but my husband is, so I think I’m allowed to use the phrase 🤣 🤣
Seriously though, fall means not only sweater weather and delicious treats but also busy schedules for parents with active kids. For my clients in these situations, I always tell them one of my favorite phrases:
➡️ Failing to plan is planning to fail.
You have to prepare! And, for me, that often means finding easy foods with shorter prep times to allow me to stay on plan while spending less time in the kitchen. Here are a few of my favorites:
✅ Microwavable Rice Packets
✅ Rotisserie Chicken
✅ Avocado Cups
Importance of Listening to Your Body
Fall also means that many of you have been cutting over the summer to show those summer shreds! Fall is a great time to get your body back up to maintenance levels so that you aren’t constantly in a calorie deficit.
It can be tough to reverse out of those summer shreds, but your body (and your hormones!) will thank you greatly.
