We’ve all been there

We’ve all had bad habits and made bad decisions – myself included. It’s a part of life. It’s a fact. That being said, it’s important to know that what’s happening in your life right now is a collection of your decisions and habits. 

If you don’t like what's happening with your body, relationships, family, or business, then it’s up to you to look under the hood. It’s up to you to take inventory of your decisions and habits at that point in time.

Once you’ve taken inventory, start assessing your habits & decisions over the last six months. 

What’s working and what’s not working? What can I change, remove, or replace?

How can I make a better decision tomorrow on my food? How can I make a better decision tomorrow on my training? How can I make a better decision tomorrow on my habits?

It’s time to execute your game plan. Today, tomorrow, and the next day. These new, quality habits help you gain momentum in all areas of your life. 

You’re choosing not to drink on Tuesday and Wednesday night anymore. You’re choosing to get up in the morning to work out. You’re choosing to read a book that is going to sharpen your mind and make you better. 

The decisions pile on top of each other. The habits give you an opportunity to do what you want in life.
