Here are my tips for proper execution:
βοΈ Elbows tight:Β Gotta keep the elbows tight to the body. This allows you to isolate the bicep to build you some higher peaksΒ ποΈ
βοΈ Full stretch:Β Making sure you fully extend your arm at the bottom ensures you're hitting the full range of motion.Β
βοΈ Big squeeze:Β Squeeze the sh*t out of your bicep at the top. Pretend that there's a baseball - better yet, a softball - in your arm.Β
βοΈΒ Maintain elbow angle: Kids, this isn't a shoulder raise. Keep your elbows in the same spot to ensure that you are focused solely on those beautiful pipes of yoursΒ π€
