The Incline DB Curl is one of my favorite arm exercises for a juicy pump. This variation has been a staple of mine for years, and for good reason. Never done them? It's your lucky day. Get ready to pump an absurd amount of blood into those pythons 🤝
If you want to give your arms the best chance of yokedness, you will carefully consider these four tips:
Here are my tips for proper execution:
✔️ Elbows tight: Gotta keep the elbows tight to the body. This allows you to isolate the bicep to build you some higher peaks 🏔️
✔️ Full stretch: Making sure you fully extend your arm at the bottom ensures you're hitting the full range of motion.
✔️ Big squeeze: Squeeze the sh*t out of your bicep at the top. Pretend that there's a baseball - better yet, a softball - in your arm.
✔️ Maintain elbow angle: Kids, this isn't a shoulder raise. Keep your elbows in the same spot to ensure that you are focused solely on those beautiful pipes of yours 🤘
