🚀 In the best shape of his life at age 42

🚀 Being the example for his kids and getting mentally strong

“Man, so much. I challenged myself this contest to take no shortcuts. In past I would have cut workouts short. Skipped the abs or warm ups. This time I followed everything to the T. That made me more focused on life as well. Noticed corners cut in my job and dreams. I’m now looking for opportunities to create wealth for my grandchildren. The books I listened to helped push that. I got my children asking me for advice. My wife helping me achieve success. This stuff oozes out to everything. Even things I don’t see. This is the best physique I’ve ever had and it’s at 42 years old! Also the best I’ve been mentally. One other thing is the friendships. I feel like I truly have gained friends in this community. It’s taught me to not be scared to share my accomplishments. It’s okay to win. Sounds weird but that was hard for me to accept. Thanks G!”
