🚀 Overcame depression and not being motivated

🚀 Started showing up for his family and created positive momentum in his life

“I won because the consistency I needed in the gym carried over to all aspects of my life. I have struggled with mental illness as long as I can remember. When I started this contest I was depressed, felt like quitting my job, and basically giving up on my wife and 3 kids. I knew that I needed to work on my mental health as much as physical health. Taking advantage of lunge and learn, listening to mindset audiobooks, breath work, and seeing results at the gym helped me refocus. It’s something I’ll always need to work on but definitely reset my mindset and improving all areas of my life. I had to constantly remind myself to trust the process and sure enough I started seeing results. I continued to gain strength while leaning out over the last 12 weeks, resulting in a huge bump in confidence. I was able to show my kids the results you can get from hard work and discipline. Contest is over but I have fully bought in to the life style. Thanks to everyone at CoryG fitness and Max Effort muscle.”
