I believe we’re all incredibly special, but society and distractions often suppress our greatness, sometimes for good. The key to unlocking it is making time for yourself, uninterrupted. If you can set aside early morning hours for yourself, you’ll clear the fog from your mind and tap into parts of you that you might’ve forgotten about.
At first, it might be tough. You might think, “I don’t know if I can wake up earlier. I’m already tired.” But once you do, you’ll realize how much better you feel. It becomes addictive. You’ll find that you have time for yourself again, and that’s when the real magic happens.
We all need movement and time for ourselves. I encourage you to give it a try and see what happens.
