I have been using supplements for about 10 years. In that time span the supplement industry has blown up. There are so many supps out there that it would be hard to try them all.
For the past 5 years I was fortunate to have supps sent to our staff at Villanova University. Companies are always looking to send free trials for you to experiment with, but you must be careful of what you are putting into your body.
There are so many supplement companies that are putting all sorts of ingredients into their blends that you aren’t even sure what it is. On top of that matter, some are even putting in substances that are banned by the NCAA. Having worked in the NCAA Division 1 ranks we were constantly educating athletes to be careful of which supplements they consume.
For me personally I can take whatever I want, but since I am cognizant of what I put into my body, I want to make sure I am using the best product out there. For the past year and a half, I have been consuming Max Effort Products.
My daily stack looks like this:
