💪 WORKOUT
Cover Model Cardio Workout
Walk on 10-15% incline (3.6-4.0 mph) for 5 minutes
Run at 6-8 mph on 0% for 5 minutes
*Alternate back and forth for a total of 60 minutes
This cardio workout was one of my go-to's back in the day when I was getting ready.

It doesn't matter what your interests are or what subculture you belong to... you will soon realize that the circle is smaller than you think. If you truly love what you do and dedicate time to your passion, eventually an opportunity will come up.
What's been the key to my success? Relentless action. Through competition and building relationships, I've been able to put myself around the right people and stay focused on my short & long-term goals.
Consistency is essential. Consistency is king. Consistency is the key to getting where you want to be. If I cannot trust that someone will follow through on their commitments, I won't invest my time into them.
