Does your body look like that because of your genetics? 
Aren’t you tired of eating similar things all the time? 
I can’t believe you’re still getting up that early.

All I’m hearing is excuses.

How about we flip the script?

Aren't you fucking tired of not looking the way you want to look?
Aren't you fucking tired of not feeling the way that you want to feel?

 

Building the Machine for 20+ Years

I was tired of how things were going, so I went and got my shit together. 

I wanted to look like the guys in the magazines.  I wanted my abs to look so crazy that people couldn’t believe that they were real.  I wanted to be physically and mentally strong.  I wanted to be confident.  I wanted to go next level.  

So, no I’m not tired of doing everything that I do on a daily basis.  I’m not tired of winning. 

 

Kick the Excuses to the Curb

I see all the excuses.  I see all the excitement.  But guess what?  Excitement and motivation fade quick.  They aren’t to be relied on.  What’s going to happen when the initial excitement of starting this or that habit fades away?

Drum roll please… the excuse train comes barreling down the tracks. 

Cool, you’re not a D1 or pro athlete.  Guess what?  Neither am I.  I wasn’t born with abs.  I wasn’t born benching 300+ pounds or squatting 500 pounds.  I worked for what I have, and it’s up to you to build your own.

 

Systems in Place

We have a system to keep your mental game locked in.  We've have a system to keep your body locked in.  We have the program to keep you locked in.  Everything is laid out.  The support is there.

Don’t allow the excuses that come up every fucking year hold you back from achieving whatever it is you want to achieve.  How about you go seize that dream?  How about you say, "Fuck these excuses.  I'm going to go all in."

 

The 4 Pillars

You must have all four pillars strong and sturdy.  Nutrition, Training, Supplements, and Conditioning.  Combining the four pillars arms you with the power to make real, long-term change.  It’s an extensively tested process that has helped thousands of people time and time again.

Don’t think that you can get away by doing one out of the four pillars.  Or even two out of four.  It doesn’t work.  Running over lunging.  Having the random cookie on Thursday after lunch.  

Follow the fucking program and quit making excuses.

 

Everyone is Human

Look, everyone is human.  I get.  I let it get away from me not too long ago myself, tipping the scale at 213 pounds.  I wasn’t feeling good about it.  It’s upsetting to look at the picture I posted on social media.  What was going on?

I wasn’t as disciplined on my diet, excuse.
I was dealing with some injuries, excuse.
I didn't lunge, excuse.

You see what I'm saying?  But I got my shit together.  I lost 20 pounds in 12 weeks and got my bricks back.  Yeah, mama, I got the bricks back.  And now, we're going to make them crazy 3D shredded.

I wasn’t as confident in myself 12 weeks ago as I am now, plain and simple.  So, stop with the whiny excuses.  They’re only going to hold you back.  Don’t be your own worst enemy.
