I stuck to the ME plan and saw results. 2.) I’m not a trainer or influencer, in the fact that lifting isn’t my job. I think this is important because you don’t need to be in those professions in order to dedicate time to better yourself everyday. I was able to work 50-80 hour weeks and still find time to lunge and lift. I woke up earlier and I fit everything I could into my schedule. 3.) I enjoyed my weekends. I still had to work in the weekend but that didn’t stop me from getting my lunges in and enjoying Friday/ Saturday night. I didn’t have to go “missing” for the last 12 weeks."
