Been a busy couple months for me. I am approaching the end of my tour with Alanis and Joan Jett and releasing a new record. I always have a nervous feeling before my new art appears.

The way I have combatted this anxiety - I started working on the next project. My next challenge. I learned this week that I can either sit and be anxiously awaiting the reviews - or I can get to work on new art - challenging myself and moving forward.

While listening to a Robin Sharma Podcast this week I heard him say “Art is often ridiculed before it is revered.” Countless artists have been turned away, hated, dropped from their label, played for 5 people and turned around to make millions sell millions and be loved around the world.

Why? They kept working and doing what they love. They listened to their hearts.

Go do what you love. And keep pressing on.

Heat has been insane this has kept me moving and staying healthy.
