Quality Shaker Cup!
Great seal with lid, you can mix pre workout, amino recovery, shakes, etc and not worry about having enough room or spilling. Great product, I have another one as well. As with all of the products that I get on a regular basis, outstanding!

Max Effort Muscle is 💯% it!
I have tried other options for workout and absolutely nothing hits like the Max Effort Muscle products. Everything I have received from them looks great, tastes great, and the results are 2nd to NONE! Joined them awhile back and they will be the only place I get my health and fitness products.
